Adding picture to DVD movie...

how do i add a still picture or jpeg picture to the beginning of a DVD-R movie. wanting to add a personal touvh to the movies i burn to DVD-R. Please let me know what software i need. OR a program that can capture a still picture from a DVD movie then i can edit it by adding text then add that to the beginning. Kinda like the FBI warning, something that will be shown for a few seconds than fade and go right into the movie. thanks

You could make a short .mpeg with Premiere or Ulead and make it the first .mpeg used. This could be done using most authouring(??) sofware available. eg. Spruce Up, Ulead DVD Workshop etc.

i have Ulead DVD movie factory program.

That will work fine, just add the made up .mpeg as your first file then the main .mpeg as the second it will then play them in that order.

How do i make up a mpeg image? Ulead says i dont have any video capture devices. kinda confused please explain thanks
