I have an image on my hardrive which was written with Prassi DVD software and the extension is name.gi
I have installed the prassi software that came with my pioneer 104 and i`m running windows xp pro.

All i get is a Runtime error 9 everytime i try and run the software.
I have no probs with Prassi cd that works fine.

I have emailed the software manufacture for explanation and got jack out of them no reply or nothing (so much for customer support).

Does anyone know how i can get it working or if thier is another burner prog that will reconise the gi extention.
I tried to extract the file with isobuster but was unsucessfull as the file is split into 3 files, 2x2 gig and one 300k.

I tried to find s prog that will convert the image to another iso format but had no luck.

Thanks for ur time.

Have you tried installing the PXEngine update?

You can get it from HERE! (http://eval.veritas.com/downloads/pro/exe/pxEngine358.exe)
After downloading, double click on the file to install, then restart your computer...
See if that will sort you out.:)

Otherwise, you can use Stomp Recordnow Max. Prassi doesn't recognize my burner but Recordnow does and handles .gi files as well as Prassi I believe.
