Can't copy dvd with dvdxcopy :(

I have the dvd: band of brothers. it's 6 dvd's and every dvd is larger then 4.7 gig. when i start dvdxcopy it says:

cannot identify chapter points in this title.
chapter numbers will not be accurate.

can anybody help?
