No sound in 007:nightfire

Have anyone experienced NO SOUND while playing 007:Nightfire? I used a no-cd crack. Could that be the cause?:)

Well, standard procedure with this kind of thing is trying it out, without ANY crack applied. Have you tried this and what is the result ?

I've tried the VARIANCE crack. Still no sound. Is there another crack I can try out? I didn't know that another one exists!

Install it from the original discs, try it without applying any crack. How else do you think you can determine where the problem lies ?
