help to install a mod chip

my brother want someone to install a mod chip for him in Calgary Canada did anyone know anybody who can do that??

I'm not sure about any "trustworthy" place in Canada, BUT you can send it to Bill @ Freedomlives.com (http://www.freedomlives.com) and he could do the install......
He's located in Chicago....
