I'm having a hard time finding someone to put my magic 2 chip in, and I was thinking of sending it to Bill. But I got some questions.

Does the 14 dollars for return shipping cost cover the Delivery Confirmation & Insurance?
How long does it usually take to get you ps2 back?

Yes.... Bill ships your PS2 insured.... (unsure about the delivery confirmation)
Why not just send him a e-mail and ask....

Turn around time will vary on his work load.....
I would say around 6-10 days from when YOU shiped it to him....
Just e-mail him and ask, to find out how busy he is....

I sent my ps2 into him a month ago. His site says $14 but the email he sends you says $15 which is still a good deal considering it actually cost him $15.95 to ship it back. That includes $250 insurance coverage and delivery confirmation. I got my ps2 back in a mere 6 days and thats shipping from Oregon to Chicago and back. But like BG said it depends on how busy he is and its first come first serve with him.
