A question about PAL/NTSC

Now I know about the frame difference and all and that you can get a converter to play PAL on a US NTSC system? Here is my scenario. My brother is coming over from England in a few weeks and I have asked him to get me a copy of Pro Evolution Soccer 2. Obviously it will be PAL. What will I need to get in order to be able to play it on my v6 messiah 2 system? How much will it cost and where would I acquire it? Thanks for the help.

If its just one game have him apply a NTSC patch to it.

He knows nothing! I guess I would have to apply the patch... hmm.. so I can't just play the shiny new original? I don't have a dvd burner, and I suppose I couldn't "apply the patch" until I had one as I assume it requires reburning? No hardware to do the trick? :(

Yeah.... There is a piece of hardware that will do it.....
A PAL-NTSC converter box.......

The only problem is, they are EXPENSIVE......

Anywhere from $150.00-$275.00.....:(

If you needed the oppisite (aka NTSC-PAL) $30 bucks....
