some backups with magic2

Tried a little test tonight with a few titles the would'nt load with magic 2 in pal v7 fitted a messiah 2 and took the magic 2 out and the games booted no problem (magic 2 is not a clone) , so im now wondering why some titles will not boot with magic 2 it must be fixable patch em or something as ive done around 20 or so magic 2 installs and im now getting people complaining as they are finding more & more titles that don't boot. Ive now know of around 15 titles that don't boot with magic 2 so if anybody knows the reason it would be great to know maybe charlie can have aword with a few people and find out , by the way charlie the adjustment method you rec worked a treat in the v7 i was having problems with thanks m8 ;)

would help if u told us the names of these games that dont boot cause what by not telling isnt saying much :)

I`v just installed a magic 2 in my v7 ps/2, i`m having weird stuff happen with my backups ..

I`v made a few, and they only seem to boot from COLD, ( that is th PS/2 needs to have been off for 30 mins or so ) ??

The monitor that i`m using glitch`s in the top left hand side, as the backup loads, if i see no glitch, then i get the " insert disk ( orange screen ) "

anyone else having this ??

Here is somthing else i noticed .....

If i play my original title, the screen is bright & sharp..

If i play the same title, but in DVD-r(w) the screen is dull, and almost out of focus..

I suspect this is due to the lousy ( cheap) DVD media i`m using, and the laser needing more power to read the disks...

BTU ... the PSX games work the same in either version.

I`ll see if i can locate some Datasafe ritek, or Traxdata in my area !!
