tribunal no cd, movies don't work

with the tribunal no cd, the movies once placed in morrowind folder won't play no longer. they used to before tribunal, with the old no cd for morrowind. can anyone help me with this.

It's the way the nocd was written. The gimpsRus one doesn't play movies, try the different one here (http://www.megagames.com/cracks/html/c906970_0.htm), and tell me if that one does play the movies.

... this patch patches the main exe , and the game runs fine without the cd , but does not play movies .
Could somone please post a useful no-cd , play-with-the-movies
crack ? gimpsRus did it before with the morrowind 1.2 patch - so there is no real reason why can't it be done again.
Maybe the reason is that it has to do with the morrowind ( original ) installation - the game requires you to install morrowind first ( and the problem is with the morrowind video files , not with tribunal - as far as i can tell tribunal has no video files, as morrowind has ) , and put the morrowind disc in the drive :
so maybe the patchers say :" i will not create a no-cd-with-movies-playback-capability for Tribunal , because the movies belong to the original morrowind , and that's a different enchilada..."

It all depends on the crackers. Maybe they will, maybe they won't. Only time will tell. The original Morrowind also had some cracks without video, so I'm assuming it's more difficult to crack the movie playback too.

There should be no protection on the Tribunal cd, but I think it requires the Morrowind cd in the drive right ? You can make an image with CloneCD and mount that using Daemon Tools. It's fairly easy and will work without any crack. Or you can patiently wait until someone makes a better nocd.
