mod chip installation

what is the best choice to have an installing service install a mod chip for a ps2? never soldered before. does one have to send it very far from NY or is there a local option? thank you

Send it into Bill in Chicago at freedomlives.com. Many people including myself have used him before and highly recommend him. He does a great job.
