You can try www.modchip-sbox.com . That is where i got my chip from. Good company. You could actualy buy a PS2, buy a mod, and pay to get it installed for cheaper than their price of their premodded PS2 but there is much less hasle with a premod too.

I think I am going to get a Magic 3 or Messiah 2 chip. Do u think that they are hard to install? I have a ps2 v1 but I am thinking of selling it bc people say new ps2s are better. I like that website you sent me. Thanks for all the help!

Yes they are very difficult to install. The points are extremely close together and trying to install one on your own is not a good idea unless you are very experienced. Yes, sell your v1. I had a v1 about a month ago as well. I sold it and bought a new v7 so I could get it modded. v1's have really sh*tty lasers. If you are going to invest in a good mod chip then get a good dependable PS2 to go along with it. I personally would go with a Messiah 2.

where abouts are you?

If your'e in the UK, e-mail dust2dust or Charlie_ps2 through their profiles for pre-modded PS2's with Messiah 2.

I would go to your local Wal-Mart and buy the PS2, then buy the Messiah 2 from Charlie_PS2 or Dust2Dust, then have it installed....

NOTE: I may have my PAL V5 with Messiah up for sale within the next week or so....

Actually thats not a bad deal Bighap. Most sites like www.chipzone.com sell them for 399.99.

stay away from hackershardware.com as the ps2 they sent me was not in working order! Oh and they also ignored my e-mails for a month and have still not responded! The worst of all time!
