Is there a protection fix for the new Harry Potter yet
or can I use EAPatcher to fix it?

Thanx

Yes there is. If you use CloneCD then there is no need to patch the game at all. Download it at www.elby.de .

That's true, but the newest version lasts onley for 21 days.
And i cant get my register clean.
Not even with clonecd 3 cleaner. :(
Can that be because i had a version 4 on my computer.

A new Windows installation every 3 weeks is not a solution in my opinion:p
So how can i get my register clean and the latest version of Clonecd running. Had once a keygenerator. Used it but after 21 days... sorry the whole thing was down.

just purchase the full version, or d/l CloneCD 4 and purchase key for a staggering EUR 39 (expensive :D )

well worth the investment

I think this only applies to neo2/4 ps2's.

The problem is NOT the copy, I can copy it no prob. (with clonecd like you said). The prob. is (like on most EA games) the IOPRP*.IMG file on the original cd (which checks my neo4.1 modded console, I guess) and stops the game from booting, all I see is the harry potter cards loading icon at the bottom left of the tv screen and that's as far as it gets. Again, the original cd is doing this, NOT the backup. So I think I can patch the *.IMG file using EAPatcher/CDMage and then burn a succesful backup.

I was also thinking I could export/patch/import the *.IMG file using winISO...

What do you all think?

Thanx

I downloaded the PC version from Kazaa, it was an BIN file.. Played the game all the way to the enterance to the Chamber of Secrets, and it crashes back to desktop...

The BIN file was iffy, sevral images missing, I guess I need another copy :)
