If you've got an image, open it with an hex editor and look for "SEGAKATANA". You'll find ip.bin and the bootbin name should be a few bytes after.

that works but ...
the bootfile should be 00dea.bin.
but there is no 00dea.bin.
its a r18 release which seems use some hiding
techniqe.
the ip.bin is in the image,even the 00dea.bin and
theres a 0gdtex.pvr which is altough not visible
with isobuster or the daemon tools.
any ideas?

Grab ISOBuster 0.99 and it show you all files at default settings.
