Hello m8s and it is very nice to be part of this forum
I am pretty new to this so here goes
I am thinking of buying a pioneer dvdr A05 for backup
ps2 and pc games and other forms when I get a bit more
experience.
At the moment I have a liteon 24x10x40 and use this
for backup ps1s plus a few other backup uses.
Will the pioneer do this job for me :eg: ps1 ,pc DVD, and
if so should I then just replace the liteon with the pioneer
in my pc or should I keep both.

Thanx to all who help and provide there knowledge
:)

I have both Pioneer A04 and Liteon 40125S in my PC

Pioneer is a must for anything dvd-r
Keep the Liteon for anything cd-r.

The Pioneer is capable of burning cd-r's, however the Liteon is more compatible with burning applications for cd-r

Just my opinion :D
