DVD Burning Menu Help!

Is there a software that will allow me to put a menu on the front of the DVD-R so that I can get 2 or three games on one disk, thus using all 4.7GB :)

yes there is, it is called "PS2 menu selector", an alpha version was released some time ago.

it is not fully 100% working yet, and at the moment never will be. it is crying out for a talented developer to complete it.
