I can send you a Fixed Exe (note that it is not a NoCD, as it still requires a copy of the WoW CD in the drive) if you leave your e-mail.

I do have the fixed exe but I need a NoCD exe... It screws my LAN for playing it by swapping CDs whenever we want to play it... :(
