High Speed CD-R questions?

Has anyone noticed any difference in the newer high speed cd-r (32x & 40X)

I have noticed the higher speed cd-rs tend to make more noise than the lower speed versions...
I wonder if this could be due to a lower reflectivity on the higher speed discs....

I took the same game...Just for reference...

Silent Scope 3....

Burned at 4x on Memorex 700mb/80min branded white label (32x capable)

&

Burned at 4x on Memorex 700mb/80min branded white label (12x capable)

The 12x disc is silent, while the 32x disc is noisy...

Both disc were burned from the same image file on the same burner and played in the same PS2...

They both play fine, but the 32x is noisy....
Anybody got any ideas...???

there been alot talk about this
basically what been said is some of the newer high speed media burns better at high speed then it does at low speed

try burning at a faster speed

i using white label 32x cdr (white label is the brand name made by ritek company for datasafe)
burnt at 12x there is no problem
sorry i never burned 1 at slow speed
