Sniper - Path of Vengeance - No Cd ?

I'm a relative Newbie who has search the site already ! Only thing I could find was a couple of cheat files.

(by the way, why are a lot of games not listed in the index these days ?)

Does anyone have or know of a No Cd patch for this game ?
