my ps2 wont load only when i tap it on the top of the ps2.i have nfl 2k3 it takes very long to load and theres no comentary all i hear is the tapping noisecomming from the ps2.it was working fine in the morning.

Sounds like a laser issue... The NFL 2K3..Is it a original or backup?

its an original and it has the auto key3 modchip and my backups dont work at all

Try cleaning the laser with a cleaning disc... If that doesn't help...Either start looking for a replacement laser or a new PS2..
Also what version is your PS2?
