What file do you mean?
UpdatePatches can be found here: http://www.morrowind.com/downloads/updates_patches.htm

Crack can be found here: http://66.79.179.19/morrowind.htm

If the game is still (also after update) protected with Safedisc2, you can try the Safedisc2Cleaner (http://cdmediaworld.com/hardware/cdrom/cd_utils_8.shtml#SafeDisc%202%20Cleaner) (by bOOls eYe) to get rid of the protection.

which version do you mean?
v1.2.0812 ?

its the European version...
Safedisc 2 Cleaner only creates a Loader for this Game(version)

Instead of GCW you can use GameFix (http://gf.wiretarget.com/).
