I read on some other post "It takes up to 3 hours with glue drying, proper testing, re-assembly, further test.

1½ - 2 hours just install and glue drying."

I have a question about the glue drying. Is there some kind of glue you can use instead of solder, cuz that would minimize the risk of damage to my ps2, or what do you mean with glue drying?

No way of avoiding solder.

Glue is what you use to keep a bunch of wires stuck down onto one of the chips like the BIOS to stop them moving.

This is in my PS2 Soldering Tips and in my Install Guides posted on www.ps2newz.net.

But to be brutally frank, if you have to ask this question, then you should give the PS2 to a pro to install the chip as this is a difficult task.
