I have several PSX/PS2 images in thier own folders and in each folder the image consists of; A CCD, CUE and Bin file. I have Fireburner 2.17 and 1.06 but neither supports my Phillips DVD+RW/CD+RW or my Panasonic DVD-RAM/R writer. I have CloneCD 4 but the burns don't play in my modded-PS2, they just sorta hang on the intro screen (start doesn't work). I also have Nero 5.5 and CDRWin and they all seem to fail at burning the Verbatim CD-R.
Any reccommendations on software and/or settings? I'm burning at 4X or 8X.
TIA

were did u get the images from
my guess is u download them
then they r most likely your problem
.ccd is clone cd should have a .img and .subs as weel
bin and cue is cdrwin
(u got some of each
try copy 1 your origanals or hire one from video shop
use clonecd to copy
reading sub channels
writing dont repair subs
once u can copy your origanal then u know u got settings right

The BIN file can be renamed *.IMG. If the CCD file relates to the BIN (IMG) then CLoneCD will burn it acccording to the advice Dust has given.

Hi,
I have a similar problem. Although I have Fireburner 2.17 and it detects my Philips DVD-RW
I have a modded PS2 with a Messiah chip and I have been burning images using Fireburner 2.17 with the settings: Track at Once, Close Sessoin, and Eject when finished only. But it don't seem to be doing it right. The games do burn properly and everything is successful except when I come to play it on the PS2 where I get the red screen.
I have been using all sorts of media. Such as Verbatim Datalife Plus and TDK but these haven't been working. The games I have tried to burn and play so far are Turok and Contra which are in bin and cue format.
Use fireburner to check the bin for corruption. If it checks ok then try burning it disc at once instead of track at once.
