Well mate, what answer do you wanna have?

If it doesn't fit on an available cd-r (90-99 min) or your writer doesnt support this oversized cd-rs you have no choice but splitting them if you wanna play the movie on a standalone dvd-player.
If you wanna watch the movie on your computer, you may "sample it down" to divx5 format. Maybe it fits on one cd-r then.

Thanks. I wasn't aware of 90-99 min cd-rs. I will check them out at the store tomorrow. I have changed the audio bitrate to 128kbps from 212 kbps thinking this will cut the size back.

I can't wait to check out the store tomorrow!

Not every writer can handle them, be aware! Don't waste your money. Check then web for your writer and if it is capable of handling them.
