Smartripper: file locked?!

I've never faced this problem before, but it appears that i cannot copy the Changing Lanes DVD to my hard disk with SmartRipper. It tells me that the file is locked. I'm a little surprised because i've copied coutless DVDs to my hard disk before, and never seen this happen. So... what do i do?

Sometimes the problem can be solved using a software dvd player:
Start your player (e.g. WinDVD) and let the movie play some seconds.

Then try using smartripper again.

Installed Adaptec ASPI XP. Problem solved :D
