Hi.

I'm having trouble creating DVD-R Images via Recordnow max V4.1 and PrimoDVD V2.0, as i get the following error message every time i attempt to create a image with PS2 DVD-R games.

PXEngine(Hardware Servo Error-Command:28 Sense:04ASC:09ASCQ:01) Reading From Disk.

I've D/L the new PXengine update for the above Software, but still get the same results everytime.

I remember Charlie_PS2, mentioned something a while back about certain issues with the FAT32 file system, as i thought that this might be the problem. Cos my file system is FAT32 and not NTFS. Correct me if i'm wrong.

If anyone has any ideas pls let me know.

Thanx!!

Hi.

I uninstalled PrimoDVD and then Re-installed it again, D/L that Pxengine update, from the link u gave me. However, I couldn't install the update cos the EXE wouldn't work. Thus i'am still having the same stupid error message, when the copy process go's past 80%.

This has really Pi***d me off, cos i've spent my savings on a Pioneer A04 and i can't copy any PS2 games as i result of this.

If u know any other Sites that have Pxengine update, pls let me know.

Thanx!!

you dont need to install as such, you need to extract the files into your primo dvd folder (C:\Program Files\Prassi PrimoDVD 2.0 (English) - by default) as you would a zip file.

hope this helps

a04 & primo work no problems for me
