Is there any way to convert the cdi into a bin file. Or is there another burning program that burns .cdi Disc juggler does not recognize my burner.

Get the latest version of DJ, it's the only one that burns CDI files.
Otherwise, I don't know any converter, but you can try to mount your CDI image using Daemon's Tools and then copy your CD using Clone CD or Nero...

try downloading nero and using the cdi2nero program, does the job better than disc juggler cause all you have to do is load the iso into it and it burns perfecctly, although nero ain't too great with over burning
