View Full Version : Help with AUTOMODELLISTA !!!!

I have already tried to patch Automodellista with Ppf-o-matic v.3 and with the correct patch, but it still doesen't work. If somebody knows how to patch correctly please post it. THANX

im a bit patchty on this :D but i try to help
alot people strugle with patching
i read that its because some writer fail when patch is applied others dont
there is a program about called ecregen(i think)once u have patched it run it through ecregen then burn

this might not b 100% correct but im sure it will jog someones memory im sure they enjoy correcting me

you could also try taking the patched burned game that doesnt work
copy it with latest version of clone cd 4 or above
make sure option to regenerate data sectors is ticked
clonecd now has option to make a better copy then a damaged copy dont ask for a technicacal explanation i leave that to olli clonecd inventor
he has written an explanation
nothing is mention with clonecd and patching but regenerate data sectors and ecregen just sounds similar maybe its same thing
price of cds it wont cost u much if it fails
please post if u try it
very interesting to find out i cant check it as i have np with patching (havent got automodellista )so no idea if the patch is a good one there were many winning eleven six patches released most didnt work



i hope u all using clonecd4 it looks a little wierd at first (i thought)but take look around and its so simple

backing up any game now pc ps2 any protection is np :)

Well, I've read your posts...I can't use Clonecd cause the image file is .cue, and Clonecd uses .ccd. I have tried to find "ecregen" but I can't (I think this is not the correct name).

So I'm stucked. The patch file is from this page http://ps2chimps.consoleinfo.com and is a .ppf file.

Thanx for answering, but still no chance :(

u patched game u burned it and it doesnt play? yes /no
if yes take cd doesnt play copy it clonecd make sure regen data sectors is ticked
as i said before possible it will work

YEAH !!!! I HAVE IT !!!!!

After researching all around internet I found the solution.

All you got to do is:

1- Extract all data from the image with Isobuster
2- Copy it with Nero Burning Rom in Mode2
3- Write cd with Nero at the speed you want

And that's it, without patches!!

This is 100% true, and it works perfectly !!!!!

by sounds that u downloading the game with the patch already applied
i guess it was an jap to english translation patch?
or was it a ntsc to pal patch

Hello i'm from Italy so excuse me for poor english.
I have a copy of automodellista that doesn't boot on my ps2 modded with neo 2.2 and ar2.
i think it's miracle release. i have tried to make another copy patching it with ps2chimps patch (i have even tried with adr etc.) nothing happens.... sigh...
what can i do? how can i know if the "original" cd i have it's yet patched or not? The friend who gave me the "original" has Messiah and the same copy boots...
I don't think it's my neo because Automod is the 1st game that doesn't boot... i regularly boot even dvdr without problems...
please help me i was waiting for this game...
