A serious Newbie question

I have been out of the CD/DVD copying scene for some time. I need to know what I need to copy PS2 games? What is the best DVD recorder and what will it cost? What is the best Program to use to copy PS2 games? What is the best modchip.?I think I have a version 1 PS2 not sure though. Let me know and it would be of great help. Any additional information will be helpful as well. Thank You.

1. The best dvd recorder is the Pioneer AO4.

2. Cost. Depends???

3. Best program to copy dvd games Prassi Primo DVD or Stomp Record Now Max. The best to copy cdr games is CloneCD.

4. The best modchip so far is the Magic 2. Get rid of your v1 if indeed it is a v1. Its too damn old and the laser will shortly give out.
