Sorry to say this but THERE WILL NEVER BE ONE! This is because the new game has a new DVD Copy Protection called FADE. FADE is going to be used on more and more DVD Based games until every single one of them is protected - and there are ONLY TWO ways of defeating the protection...
Right, well let's start of by saying exactly what FADE is. FADE is a new type of DVD Protection. The file itself contains the size of the TOC on the original DVD. A DVD can hold 4.7GB. The original game may be 3.7GB. When you rip to a CD, the TOC will be less than 700MB! A big difference! It detects this and starts to crash the game - SLOWLY! It cannot work on CD Based games - you'll see why in a moment. If you wanted a Rip Kit then the protection would be ripped along with it - UNDETECTED! Then when you burn the image to a disc, again, the protection would go on undetected. You think everything has gone 100% A-OK right? WRONG! The protection will be ready and waiting the moment you put the disc in! From here you put the disc in, the game boots and plays for so long and starts to play up and eventually crashes and freezes. The copy is now completely USELESS! If you reset, it will only be a matter of minutes until FADE kicks in again. It's a smart little B******!
As, I said earlier, it can't be used on CD's because that is what the protection checks. FADE checks to see if the copy has a TOC of 700MB or less. If it does, it notes that the game is on a CD and that it IS a copy. From here it will crash. It can't protect CD's because a straight copy on CloneCD will have the same TOC size so the protection would be useless from the start!
So to the solutions...
1). PATCHING - You can patch your image using a program like PPF-O-Matic with a FADE patch. Each game has a different patch available as every TOC size is different. However, you will cut most of the game out by ripping so I can't see the point.
2). DVD Burner. This is the only sure way to bypass FADE. If you do a straight copy from the original DVD to DVD-R then the TOC size will match and FADE will think that it is an official DVD. It will not kick in so DVD COPY OWNERS NEED NOT WORRY.
So in conclusion, There will not be a Rip Kit for TOCA until someone makes a patch for the FADE. People have only just found out how to patch LMA 2002 and look how long thats been out. You could be a while in waiting so get a DVD Burner - it's the sure way to bypass FADE. DVD Ripping is showing it's age and won't be around much longer anyway - hate to be the barer of bad news but I regret to say it's the only real solution...
