Who made the BIN and CUE file for you ?

The person who made it, must have made the right settings in the burning program (for example RAW Mode and subchannels (if the game has Securom), and so son).

Then you will have a chance to make a working copy from the game. You can use Nero (it can handle CUE´s and BIN´s).

Always remember:
It is necessary to make the right settings in READING and WRITING to make a working copy.
Better always use SCOUT and CLONECD together.

hope I could help.

PS: I dont know which protection Tony Hawk 3 has, but GCW says only CD Checks. So it should be no problem, when you burn the BIN with Nero. ;)
