Well you dont have to patch Jap to NTSC because Japanese games are NTSC.
Tyler!
What game were you attempting to patch from JAP-NTSC?
Hey Tyler, don't JAP games put out a NTSC signal from the PS2 just for the TV purposes (no screen rolling etc..)...
Maybe he was thinking about patching to get the language from JAP to English? Hmmmmmmm:confused:
Hey KandaBelhart, what EXACTLY are you trying to do?

Thats what I said. Japanese games use the same signal as US games, NTSC. There is no region patch needed.
If he means to change the language (GOOOD LUCK!) there are only a few of those types of patches out there.

Yeah I meant that I want to change the language. I have a few games like Winning Eleven 6, .hack//INFECTION, Xenosaga and Black Matrix. I wanted to know how to apply patches and which programs to get and where to get the patches:confused:
You cannot Patch Xenosaga Because there is no Patch for the Game nor is it Backup capable..Out of the list only Winning Eleven 6 is the only that can be done..Not sure about rest of them..

No go with Xenosaga (sorry). I too have Black Matrix (havent seen a language patch for that either). Winning Eleven 6 on the other hand does indeed have a language patch, but you must have a writer that supports RAW mode writing.
Get PPF-O-Matic and just insert the .bin file (made by using CDRWin) and the appropriate PPF (playstation patch file). Then click patch. Its as simple as that.
Now go and burn the .cue and .bin as usual.
