Is it possible to copy action replay?
Also, my ps2 (japan 30000 model) can't recognize my cd, it shows the message "it is neither a ps2 or ps disk"

Yes you can..Use Blindwrite..But remember copy is a copy..So it's not gonna load..You need the original Disc..Unless you got a Magic2 or Messiah machine which is non swap..

I use a copy of ar2 on a verbatim disk, works fine on my messiah with no dongle. Obviously after you select cheat codes you need to swap to game disk, but tray opens itself not spinning and you simply press x to reload tray and start game.

Only trouble is you can only use codes on cd, thats where the dongle comes in, it saves extra codes you put in. Might even be able to do it on a memory card not tried that, cd has millions of codes on it.

The most disturbing problem is Blindwrite compability with cd Writers, mine is HP CD writer, and it's doesn't support RAW data mode, and if I want to copy a disc, I must go to the local computer store, I wonder if clonec cd has the same limited compability with CD writers, ex: HP CD writer

Go here to check CloneCD supported writers: http://elby.ch/english/products/clone_cd/writers/h.html#hewlettpackard

To be able to copy a Gameshark or Action Replay with Blindwrite suite, your burner must be able to write in DAO PQ mode.

Yes Clone CD is limited also..... As cheap as cd burners are I would HIGHLY suggest getting one that is 100% Clone CD compatible.... Alot less trouble.... No more patching.... Just all around better...... I picked up my LG 32X burner NEW in the RETAIL BOX for $75.00 (US)..... I have seen them as low as $55.00. Definately time to buy one......
