yes i have, well i tried with cdrwin and it said error

the cue file says this

FILE "E:\UPLOAD\THE_BOXING_REAL_FIRST_FIGHTER_JAP_PS2-MIRACLE\M-TBRFF.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

dont i need to have another track and index like index 02 and track 02??
cuz all my cue files i have say that.

It sounds like you have a bad d/l...... This is another one of those horror stories....... To eliminate these types of problems, I ALWAYS suggest copying from a ORIGINAL game.... Doing it this way eliminates the possibility of a bad download.... And you don't have all the wasted time and problems...... Just a suggestion....

Try burning with Discjuggler with Settings : Mode2, CD-Rom XA

Hope this helps

I also had those problems but i got around it by editing the cue file

"the cue file says this"

FILE "E:\UPLOAD\THE_BOXING_REAL_FIRST_FIGHTER_JAP_PS2-MIRACLE\M-TBRFF.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

change it to this and burn it with nero or somethin

FILE "M-TBRFF.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

Its trying to look for the bin file in your E:\upload directory, you probably dont have that directory, it was from the guy who made the image.
