I've got an Ricoh MP5125A dvd burner that's connected up as master on the secondary and an LG DRD8160B DVD-rom drive that i use as the source device that's connected as slave on the secondary.
I use nero to copy dvds and after i click the burn button a dialog box pops up saying there was a possible read error and that the copy may have errors on it. Using the dvd burner does not produce this problem. I've tried Tony Hawk 3 and Formula 1 2001 (not the EA one) both had the same problem.
I've got an IDE controller card in my system which originally had the LG reader connected as a master by itself.
Has anybody encountered this problem before? Does it even really matter?
Any assistance would be great.
