dup-dvd help

i got dup-dvd, the full version, but when i try to copy a dvd it gives me an error at the last minute, when it says burning to E: (my cd-r drive), i think it could be due to protection on the dvd but im not sure, any ideas anyone?

Movie protection. You need to remove it.
