WC3 Lan... Pls help

Can i play WC3 with a friend without using Bnet? We are not in the same house or on the same network.

I tried lancraft and all the programs on this site for it and cant seem to get anny to work.

I'm using 1.01b version WC3

Check out the new post I put up, just in case for all those other people not able to figure it out. Hope this helps! It took a little time for me to figure out the proggie, but it does work with WarCraft 1.01b (Fixed exe ver.), not sure about CD Cracked ver though.
