What is the best DVD Ripping software?

I use Smart Ripper. Easy to use. And pretty quick.

This is somewhat hard to tell.

Do you want it the easy way, i.e. insert the dvd make one or two mouse-clicks and the result is a (s)vcd. Then your choice should be DVDx or moviejack (not really a good one, but easy!)

Do you want rips of better quality? Tmpgenc, dvd2avi, panasonic encoder and smartripper (only examples though, there is a great variety of tools available) should be on your list.

Just try some of the tools to see, which ones are your favourites concerning quality and speed.
