Unsafe disc

Im really pissed off becuz my unsafe disc thing version 2 always responds to me the there an error. Im trying to make my unreal tournament game run with my copied cd. I used Cd pprotection detective and it tells me that its a safe disc R2 . Is there anything to un protect my game?:confused:

How do i work it when i select my file it responds cannot find dplayer.dll

You have to have the main .exe, the <name of main .exe>.icd and the dplayerx.dll file in the same folder. These files should all be on the CD or in the install dir.

I cannot find my dplayerx.dll, Were would i find it?

It must be eighter on the CD or in the install dir.
Search for it.

Ya u were right i found it on the cd but i cant find it on my C drive, and i cant move my Game.exe files to the folder that my dplayerx is on

use 2 braincells to get the idea to move dplayerx.dll to the game.exe directory...

as i knew, newest unreal tournament patch didn't need cd already... wasn't it?

@CirKutz, thanks for ur information. I also only upgrade when there's nocd patch available for the upgraded version. I hate torturing my CD-ROM.

Actually, :D I just wonder how many people dunno what is a CD-ROM (& drive), it's Read-Only Memory (ROM)... we can't drag&drop files into it, as we do for hard disk drive... ;)

@Bboy jon, I suggest u to upgrade to newest patch, u won't regret about this... the first advantage -- u are able play "Tactical Ops - Assault on Terror" on UT, a Counter-Strike style add-on mod for UT which u can download free from the net. It only supports newest version of UT.

Yah after i got the game to work with unsafe disc i got the patch too. I was already downloading when i was using the unsafe disc
