Give more info. Specification of your console, chip, boot cd, and the method you follow to boot it. Are you sure a professional installed the chip because if yes then he should explain to you how to boot it.Give the excact steps you follow inorder to run your buckup and maybe someone can help you.

No, I did it myself and i know its correct, and everyone knows if you have the no solder v4 you need a GS2 to boot the CD.

try pushing the chip in more, or maybe the eject cable came out. It took me a long time to figure out that the chip wasn't pushed in all the way

If the eject button doesn't work then the mod is useless. You must be able to press and hold eject to preform the R-mod swap. This cannot be done by GS2 or remote and be expected to work. The problem is either the ribbon cable or the mod. I have seen alot of PNP no solder mods with this problem so the first thing i would do is to remove the mod and see if it will eject. If it does then it's a bad mod or the contacts didnt make a good connection when the mod was installed. If it still doesn't eject after the mod is removed then i would suspect the ribbon cable.
