Is it possible to play a dvd with a cdrom drive? [Archive]

you can burn dvds on a cdrw and on a cdrom you can burn
simple data with some new software but havent see nothing like that around.

if u burn a dvd on a cdrw it wont contain anything useful - its a DIFFERENT FUCKING LASER.
