My AR2 v2 cd is damaged so i can't play any backups:(, so i need a new one. Does the "AR2 upgrade cd" works like a normal AR2 with the hardware to play backups, or it is only used to upgrade the hardware??

A update disc is a newer v AR2 disc. It will boot backups
