How do I use the No CD patch for Medal of Honor????

I have downloaded many patches for Medal Of Honor so I don't have to use the CD in the game, but I try to use them and they don't work.

Can someone help me on how to use them properly?

Iprefer winzip but heres manual way click on start then my computer. open your c drive. then open programs file folder
then look for moh or medal of honor folder. and place that patch
in that folder and you wont need a disk no more.:confused: :o
