View Full Version : Neverwinter nights problem.

Ok I have followed all to directions. And now I can get it to boot up but once that is done....... I have no mouse pointer. Or I can get the pointer but then a black screen. On the black screen I can push the buttons with the pointer and it moves through the menu but I just can see anything.. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it? And in with the crack file there is this file "myth.nfo" What is this for? After I get this cleared up the v1.21 crack would be nice. Thx

Sorry, I doesn't have your problems with the game.

Open the file "Myth.nfo" with WordPad or Editor and read it, thats the instructions (infos) from the creator of the crack.

If Your having problems with the game You should go to the
Bioware site. There You will find ways of solving you mouse
pointer problem. If Your using a Voodoo series video card the
makers of Neverwinter Nights arent going to support that card!

Your mouse and video problem is NOT that of the crack!
Trust me I know this for a fact!
I am payling version 1.21 with the 1.20 no cd fix and it plays fine
for me.

For the first time I also have the same problem as Catinhat. But when I tried on my other computer the pointer problem is gone but a new problem occured. The problem is when I try to start a new game and load game the game studck/hang

My first computer use 16 mb video card without opengl support. but it work fine accept the game run too slow.

My second comp. (notebook) use 32 mb video card with ver 2.05 opengl and windows xp but the problem i mention above occured.

So someone please help me........

You all might want to try the Bioware Neverwinter Nights official web site!!!!

There is lots of real help there because I think the made the game.

if you don't have the mouse coursur you must go in nwn.ini and must change hardwaremouse=0 to 1 or 1 to 0 i don't remember very well....

i solved the problem by using a higher resolution and it works
