I have the DC Self-Booting VCD Maker and made a cd, it booted ok, but the screen went funny, i kinda worked out what things were but the screen went funny, i can remembering see the same thing when i set the screen wrong on crazy taxi.
please help to resolve this

ive used a PAL Patcher and its still the same, any other ideas?
i think its 50mhz and it need 2 be 60 or maybe the other way around,

please help!
