I have the Nero 5.5.9.0 and when i put the ps2 game in the burner it tells me to "please insert the original medium" Do I need another program or a plug in? I also dont have a DVD rom.

What type or burner do you have? Is it a CD or DVD burner?

It is a cd burner made by Lite-on-LTR-40125s

The game that you are trying to copy, is it in CD format or DVD...?
Also, your writer is 100% Clone CD compatible.. Use Clony XXL and Clone CD to copy your CD based PS2 games.... (alot less hassle) It will make a 1:1 copy.....

Sounds like you are putting a DVD game into your CD reader/writer.

Bare with me here i am a new at this, how can you tell if the ps2 game is a dvd?

Look on the back of the case... It will say compact disc (CD) or DVD-ROM..... Or look on the disc itself.... It will say the same as above.....
I'm in agreement with PsxPaul...... It does sound like your putting a DVD based game in your cd burner.....

thats a good price for the pioneer 104 $199 !!!! did u order from them? That price seems to good to be true, let me know if they are good companys.

That's 199 pounds. In US currency, it's about $300, I think.
