Charlie, seeing as how you installed a Magic 2 in your v5 successfully, I need some info from you. I'm taking my SCPH-30001R PS2 to Bill from freedomelives.com tomorrow, and he's going to be installing it for me. But he's said he's never done it before, but expects that it's about like the Pal Messiah. Can you confirm to me anything he needs to know before he installs it? should he just go by the Pal v5 Messiah diagram? Your help would be greatly appreciated. :) In case he can't get it to work, I'm taking a Poppermod with me...but, hopefully with your help we can do the install without any confusion what so ever. :) Thanks a lot.

Bill would need to use the photos and schematics I sent him. The Magic 2 would be located differently from the v4 and would use the v5 Messiah GND and 3.3v points. So yes, it's exactly like v5 Messiah except that there are a few minor wire differences as per the Magic 2 schematic from Lik-Sang.
