i ran gta 3 on my geforce 3 ti200 64 mb and the menu came up in blocks instead of letters....someone please help i really want to play this game. thanks in advance....:)

Read the TROUBLESHOOTING section of the README.TXT!

And learn to use the SEARCH option as this problem has already been discussed here (http://www.fileforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32826).
