i was asking if anyone has orded from them because im ordering a psx2 with the hbc chip installed and i have been ripped off before.

He seems genuine, although I haven't personally bought anything from him before.

Most people on this forum buy things through Charlie_ps2 or dust2dust. Mail them through their profiles and I'm sure they will do their best to help you out.
