dc newbie help

ive just recieved a brand new dreamcast(insurance job for old megadrive uk pal
can anyone give me sopme advice please
ps2 scene is what i know
dreamcast i am at day 1 please help

Well...
On DC, you don't need any modchip.
Just download an image (don't ask where) and burn it.
If it's not selfboot, you need Utopia's boot disc.
That's all...

i just finished burning first self boot vcd
boot disk boots
thats all i needed to know was could my new dc still boot
yes it boots self boot vcd(i guess this means it boot self boot game)
it will boot the boot disk
thx again although i already done it i guess soon i b dc whiz as well
