Chaptering and Menus

Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction for information on creating chapters and menus when converting DVD to VCD.

click on the whole buton make sure it says 80 min vcd you
have to do that for each movie if your useind dvdx program
it will be put into to avis so it will have to be part one and 2
